1907 Puccini, Giacomo (1858-1924) Italian opera composer of some of the most beloved operas of all time, including La Boheme, Tosca, and Madame Butterfly. Autograph letter signed, one page, 51/4x91/4, in Italian, Milan, June 19, 1907 to a friend in Buenos Aires, holograph address on verso to L Esteban Mazante in Buenos Aires, with a postmarked stamp. The great Italian opera composer thanks the recipient for some furs and the theatre reviews
