1909-19 Single-frame, 16-page exhibit of varnish lines of Imperial and early Soviet Russia, George Shalimoff's study using ultraviolet photography, with stamps, panes, blocks, shifted and missing lines, double lines, varieties such as missing backgrounds, shifted, double and inverted centers, paper folds, etc. The study of this particular work was published in Rossica, British Journal of Russian Philately and the American Philatelist (July 1978). In addition, there is a binder with numerous panes of 25, some larger, fine-v.f.
