Official, unused without gum, margins all around, fresh color and sharp impression, v.f. example of this world-class rarity, with 1975 BPA certificate (while 3,323 sheets were prepared for use, the idea of special "Official" stamps was abandoned and all but 21 sheets were destroyed.
