1867 outer FL franked with 1k black and yellow (unwatermarked), canceled by "310" in concentric circles and sent from Ostrowy to Wloclawek, with boxed bilingual departure datestamp at top, date ("18/12") filled in by hand. Letter is clearly underpaid with only 1k, but "Franco" handstamp with "10" alongside may indicate that the correct postage was indeed paid, fine usage from Ostrowy
