1916 1c green, Boy Scout Private Coil, perforated 14 vertically, well centered, bold "New York N.Y." pre-cancel, v.f., extremely rare perf. 14 "Boy Scout Coil", with 2007 PFC (these privately perforated coils were produced for use on mailings by the Boy Scouts of America and are only known with the New York pre-cancel. Most of the 5-6 examples recorded are off-centered to one side)
