1950 Peter the Great, 18pf upper right sheet corner margin block of eight, overprinted "USSR is not Russia/Russians are not Communists"; also three imperforate and surcharged values (Peter the Great, Suvorov and Pushkin) overprinted "7 November Day of Reconciliation" (translation) and tied by "New York 21.2.51" cancels on unaddressed cover.
