1921 registered value letter from Nikolsk-Ussurijsk transferring the sum of "4 sen" to the editors of "The Voice of the Nation" in Vladivostok, franked by a strip of 4x10k dark blue & bearing virtually intact postal seals of Nikolsk-Ussurijsk & arrival pmk. A v.f. and rare commercial cover used during the Japanese Occupation of the region and an excellent example of the enforced usage of Japanese currency on the local population; with Mikulski certificate
