 | Lot #1194 RUSSIA - ZEMSTVO KHERSON Postal Stationery 1911 (Jan) 5k green, entire envelope (slightly reduced at bottom), used as a petition of peasant to local court, sent from an area nearest to Yavkino village, oval "Yavkinsk Zemsk. Pochtovyj Punkt," dated 3 January, addressed to Zaselie village, fine. The 5k rate was in effect from May 1, 1895 until 1917.
