1891 two autographed notes (Rue de Bruxelles, 21bis), each signed by Emile Zola, accompanied by the original envelope, addressed in Zola's hand, franked with 15c Type Sage, fine-v.f. (Emile Edouard Charles Antoine Zola (1840-1902) was a French novelist, playwright, journalist, the best-known practitioner of the literary school of naturalism, and an important contributor to the development of theatrical naturalism. He was a major figure in the exoneration of the falsely accused Alfred Dreyfus, which is encapsulated in the renowned newspaper headline "J'accuse".
