 | Lot #159 AUTOGRAPHS OF FAMOUS PEOPLE 1961 MONROE, Marilyn (born Norma Jeane Mortenson,1926-1962) an American actress, model, and singer, who became a major sex symbol, starring in a number of commercially successful motion pictures during the 1950s and early 1960s. A typewritten note on personal embossed stationery (6x9inches), dated July 14, 1961 to her chauffeur "Dear Rudy, Thank you for your message. I'm sorry I was delayed with the check but thanks again for taking care of things after I left. I send my love", signed "Marilyn" (addressed to Mr. Rudy Kautzky in Los Angeles).
