1936 Olympics, collection of 128 covers and cards (mostly unused), plus miscellaneous, including a double postcard showing the entire panorama of the interior of the Olympic stadium; large map showing the entire Olympic complex; forms for ordering tickets to the various Olympics events, both in Berlin and Kiel; plus a booklet mentioning all the evens held on each day of the Summer Games and showing maps of the sites/stadiums where the events were to be held; three commemorative sheets with 16 different Olympic cancels, one with 10 Olympic village cancels and one with 8 cancels from Kiel, plus a large sheet with 1930 Berlin Olympic (13) struck on various stamps. At this Congress, it was decided to hold the Winter and Summer Olympics in 1936. Also included is an Olympic Telegram used to send greetings during the games. An interesting lot, generally fine-v.f.

1936-1944 group of letters from Nazi Leaders including a 1936 pre-printed Christmas Card, signed (autopen?) Adolf Hitler; 1944 official letter from Arthur Axmann (Hitler-Youth leader) to Albert Speer; 1943 letter from "der Minister fur Bewaffung und Munition" (Albert Speer) to Reichsfuhrer-SS Himmler (reference to Gauleiter Hinrich Lohse, best known for his rule of the Baltic states); also an official stationery envelope free-frank to Director Eckert, another letter from Albert Speer, this time "Der Reichsminister fur Rustung und Kriegsproduktion" stationery, addressed to "Leiter der Parteikanzlei Reichsleiter Martin Bormann" at "Führerhauptquartier" (Head of the Party Chancellery, Martin Bormann at Hitler's headquarters); also three letters, all signed and with personal annotations and corrections; plus envelope from Magda Goebbels ("the children are OK, Joseph is in the best of health"). In addition, there are miscellaneous envelopes, 1970s correspondence between Albert Speer and Arnold Engel, photographs
