 | Lot #2069 RUSSIA - ZEMSTVO KOLOMNA 1888 (15 Feb) registered combination cover to Moscow, franked on back with local 5k vermilion (1882 issue), cancelled by pen cross, sent via the district capital where Imperial 14k was added, tied by Kolomna cds, also repeated alongside and partly tying the Zemstvo adhesive, with Moscow (16 Feb) arrival, fine, signed "CS," with 2006 Dr.Greis certificate (with his 2012 addendum which recognizes "CS" mark as being that of Carl Schmidt. Most likely, Agathon Faberge showed this cover to Carl Schmidt in 1929-1933 for his opinion).
