 | Lot #3465 RUSSIA Postal Stationery 1918 (Kerensky Government) 20k blue postal card, perforated Obrazets, with handstamped three-line cached of the Peoples Commissariat for Post and Telegraph authorizing usage, details and date (July 2 1918) filled in by hand, v.f. This specimen would suggest that 20k card could have been printed in time to meet the current internal postcard rate which was not reduced to 10k until September 15, 1918.
