 | Lot #1203 RUSSIA - ZEMSTVO KHERSON 1903 (12 Dec) cover from the volost Snegirev in Kherson district to St. Petersburg, with 5k Zemstvo franking on back tied by oval datestamp and manuscript, supplemented by the Imperial 7k blue, cancelled the same day, with arrival pmk (16 Dec) alongside. This cover is addressed to Dr.B.A. Oks, editor of the journal "Feldsher," roughly opened, but with stamps and markings intact, accompanied by Dr.Greis cert.
