Green (sold in the Eugene Costales 1945 Sale), Lilly (1967), Hewitt, Kelly, David Zlowe, Grunin and Walske (Lafayette) collections, with 2004 PFC stating “unused, center inverted, imperforate single without grill, genuine”.
