1910 (9.2) registered money parcel card (for 150r), with "Valeur Declaree" bilingual label, franked with 1k, 2k, 20k and 3x25k, all cancelled by perfin "Kiev 2 GR" in Cyrillic, sent via Odessa to Jerusalem, with 31 Dec.1910 docketing at upper left, wax seal removed from top, with filing folds affecting franking. This is stated to be the only recorded example of this type of Kiev perfin on Russian stamps (written up in volume 49, pages 32-33 of the British Journal of Russian Philately)
