1921 (16 Jan) registered cover sent without stamps from Gaisin to Germany, with "Von Ausland uber Berlin" registration label, Moscow transit and Berlin (3.2) arrival pmks, manuscript "Collected 10,000r" (correct rate) and postmaster's signature (due to constantly changing postal rates, shortages of stamps resulted in manuscript notations "collected in cash", "paid cash" etc. These envelopes were not normally saved by collectors and are considerably rare)
