| Lot #137 ALBANIA 1914 Skanderbeg Issue, 2q-50q, five values on cover sent from Shngjin via Peqin and Elbasan to Qukes, tied Ottoman postmarks further inscribed "Medua" by hand (The Ottoman handstamps are inscribed "Tchay-Aghzi" which denotes a small river and was deemed inappropriate after Independence, hence the Italian name "Medua" was used), fine and rare cover, as this practice was only used for a short time until a new datestamp arrived, with 2008 Graf cert.
