 | Lot #1480 PERU Peru - AREQUIPA 1883 (May) cover franked with 10c blue, tied by indistinct Puno cds and sent to Lima, with ms "Multada 10c", also repeated with "Multada Lima" handstamp (10 cts added by crayon), with 19 May Lima Principal arrival pmk on back. The Multada markings indicate that 10c blue was not valid for postage (not recognized by the Chilean authorities).
