1811 (13.12) FL from Neva Guatemala to Veracruz, with "Viva F.VII/Guatemala" in red, also 2 1/2r rate for a single letter within Mexico, little ageing, otherwise fine. King Ferdinand VII of Spain ruled from 1814 to 1833 (he was prevented earlier by Napoleon from succeeding to the throne in 1808). The patriotic markings were in use from 1809 to 1814
