 | Lot #2127 COLOMBIA Air Post 1921 Surcharged "$030c" and "$050c" on previously handstamped "Valor 10 Centavos" ("1" inverted), used as always, fine-v.f., ex-Harmer collection, signed Alex Rendon, with Friedl certificates. When the new definitive issue became available, stamps with "10c" handstamps became obsolete. They were revalidated by applying the additional 30c and 50c surcharges.
