 | Lot #1364 TURKEY Local Issues 1858 Private Steamship stamps, Piroscafi Ottomani label ("Po Pe" - Porto Piastre) in carmine, with "3 3/4" inserted by hand, margins all around, used in 1860 on outer FL from Constantinople to Brousse, with black "P P" and anchor handstamp, blue Bonnal E Freres Cie handstamp on back, filing folds away from the stamp, v.f., signed Chiavarello.
