1873 outer FL from Scutari, franked with 3x20pa green (Mi.14B), sent via the Austrian Post Office in Antivari, where 10sld (coarse print) was added and tied by "Antivari 12/3" for further transmission to Trieste, where it arrived on 17.3.73, usual perf. flaws, fine and rare mixed franking Turkey and Austrian Levant, used from Albania, with Dr.Ferchenbauer cert. ("Prachtstuck, these seltenen beleges") (catalogue value from his handbook)
