1859 Incoming FL from Bogot¯, Colombia, 19 February to Veracruz, forwarded in Cartagena by "Druce Eckart" March 12th, who paid 1 shilling, indicated by "Paid at Cartagena" crown circle in black, continuing per "Medway" to St. Thomas, then by "Conway" to Veracruz, arriving March 29th, with 2 reales due for internal postage, fine and rare combination letter showing both the British and Mexican markings alongside, ex-Biolato & Todd collections
