Identified as position 4, this is the only known example of this error, unique!, with Mikulski cert. stating "Eine Grosse Seltenheit bekannt nur in diesen, einzigem Stuck" (Last offered by Cherrystone in December 2004 sale, where it realized $71,500) (Standard $80,000)
