1866-75 horizontally laid paper, 1k-30k, complete set in sheets of 100, n.h., mostly well centered, post office fresh, some perf. separations, few tiny hinge reinforcements, mostly fine-v.f. This is possibly the only set of sheets still inexistance, with colors as bright and vibrant as on the day they were purchased at the St.Petersburg post office. Catalogue value is for hinged stamps, not taking into account plate flaws and premium for blocks and gutters (Mi.18x-28x)
